To be able to provide you with flat rate shipping, we ship from various warehouses across the country.  Once an order is placed an email confirmation will be sent out within 2-3 business days. Orders are dispatched within 5-10 business days of placement.   Furniture items might have longer lead times. Tracking info will be emailed after the orders are dispatched.  In stock items are typically delivered within 10-15 business days.
