Get The Look – Emma Stone’s La La Lovely Bedroom

Eclectic Goods - Emma Stone Malibu Bedroom
Celebrities lead crazy lives, and one facet that seems particularly different from us commoners is their real estate. Between the number of properties to the values of each, celebrity home ownership is a whole different ball game. If you follow Arch Digest like me, you probably notice that A-listers are also constantly selling their properties. One sale that jumped out at me this season was Emma Stone. According to the article, the La La Land actress is selling her lovely Malibu home to relocate to the Lone Star State. That’s right. She is trading the Pacific coast for central Texas, and she isn’t the only one. Matthew McConaughey and Sandra Bullock also call this quirky capital their own.

So Long, Farewell

Why Emma is saying goodbye to ocean-front views is beyond me, but it’s especially puzzling when you take a look at her house. The 1958 mid-century bungalow is oozing with charm and tranquility. She and her designer have done a wonderful job creating a serene atmosphere, with loads of neutrals and dashes of femininity throughout. Unlike many celebrity homes, it feels attainable, too. The guest bedroom design is a darling blend of boho, mid-century, and glam, with a floral wallpaper that adds a whimsical touch. It is one of the key rooms that stood out as being beautiful and approachable, much like Ms. Stone herself.
