1.    Invoke a Feeling of  Simplicity- Declutter, declutter, declutter. Its amazing how many nonessentials and unused products we all are collecting. I for one am SO guilty of this! Once you remove any items you don’t need, it allows you to create a space that is effortless.  A space that you want to be in and surrounded by the items you love.

2.    Create a warm color palette- The color palette of your room should never be too overwhelming or cold.  Incorporate soft, light grays in monochromatic tones with pops of crisp whites and accents of shades of grays and  deep charcoals.

3.    Play with textures- Textures are what give any room depth and warmth.  Think rich wood tones, seagrass rugs, chunky throws and rattan accents.  Tactical materials are not only visually pleasing they also add additional light and shade to a room providing a calming element.

4.   The power of Plants- Plants have a way of making any space feel bright, lively, and just plain pretty. There are so many ways to add plants to your home.  Creating a collection of plants as an entry focal point, hanging plants to brighten up a dark corner or one large statement plant.  We are big plant fans and love what they add to any space.
