Get the Look - Kendall Jenner's Serene LA Home Tour
I have a confession: I'm a sucker for celebrity home tours. While there are a range of reasons why I find it entertaining, I think the biggest is that it's fun to see what designers create when money is no object. In some cases, I find their interiors to be inspiring, while others I feel are unapproachable and bizarre. Yes, I'm looking at you, Biebs.
One house that took me by surprise is supermodel Kendall Jenner's. As part of the Kardashian mogul, I expected her home to feel perfectly on brand with her family image. You can picture it: ultra-glam, monochromatic black and white, feminine accents. Instead, I found myself admiring rich textures, vintage touches, and understated seating areas. I applaud her for carving out her own style and also to her team of designers, Kathleen & Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez, for bringing it to life.
Keeping Up with Kendall
As I watched the tour of Kendall's Mediterranean-inspired Los Angeles home, I couldn't help but notice how approachable it felt. Don't get me wrong, her art pieces alone cost more than most people's cars, but the overall aesthetic feels attainable. With the exception of her enormous styling and fitting rooms, I could truly envision each room being recreated in a non-celebrity home.
Although I love a lot of rooms in her home, Kendall's bedroom sitting area stood out to me. I dream of having a primary suite big enough for a separate space to read, sip coffee, and meditate. I would imagine most people don't have the square footage to pull this off, but I still felt you could recreate the look elsewhere. If you are loving her laid-back look, then you're in luck!
